Your rights
You can ask EL Premier for access to the personal data it holds about you, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of its processing or for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to its processing, by writing to info@elpremier.com. For data that partners such as Stay22 process under their own privacy policies, contact them directly. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Technical processing
Cloudflare may process standard request, security and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
Affiliate measurement
A small script from events.providenceguide.app records when an affiliate link becomes visible or is clicked, whether it is a labelled link or one added by the Stay22 Script, and when the Stay22 Script is requested. It records the page path, language, provider, placement and campaign plus normal request metadata such as country and browser identifier. It sets no identifier or cookie, honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and retains events for up to 90 days.
Stay22 technology
On the area, event and seasonal, arrival, car-free, driving and shopping guides and on the events overview, your browser loads the domain-bound Stay22 Script from scripts.stay22.com about five seconds after the page opens, without a prior consent prompt. It does not load on the homepage, the food and family guides, the policy, source, business or contributor pages, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
When it runs, the script sends Stay22 your IP address, browser and device characteristics, the address and title of the page, the page that referred you and text from the guide. It computes a device fingerprint and sends it to id.h2.stay22.com, stores a visitor identifier without an expiry date and short-lived session values in your browser’s local storage, checks whether you use private browsing or an ad blocker, and classifies the connection, for example as VPN, Tor or data-centre traffic. Stay22 derives an approximate city location from your IP address.
Stay22, a company based in Canada, uses this data to attribute bookings, filter bots and fraud and choose which affiliate links to show, under its own privacy policy at stay22.com/privacy. Booking providers receive data once you open their site.
Tours and tickets
The food and family guides link to GetYourGuide and Viator. They receive data only after you click a labelled link and open their site, where their own privacy terms apply.
Interactive map
When an interactive stay map enters the loading range, on the homepage and on most guides, your browser requests visible raster map tiles directly from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The request carries normal network data such as the IP address, browser user agent and salonica.app origin referrer. Salonica does not send a search query or device location to the tile service.

Opening a cited source moves you to that organisation’s website and privacy terms.
Business and contributor forms
The business inquiry and local contributor forms send the fields you fill in, your language, the page you sent them from and the time to a mailbox operated by EL Premier. We use them only to reply, to assess eligibility and to organise visits; we set no cookie and delete the request when you ask or when it is no longer needed. Cloudflare limits the number of submissions per network address to prevent abuse.
