Conference dates and the correct entrance
The organiser confirms 20–21 November at Ioannis Vellidis, Leoforos Stratou 3. Use the convention-centre entrance rather than the exhibition entrance. Its FAQ lists Friday keynote at 10:00, Saturday sessions ending around 18:00 and a Saturday after-party; verify the current schedule and admission terms.
Badge collection is listed for Thursday evening or Friday morning. If you arrive from outside Thessaloniki, allow for that extra trip when planning transport and accommodation.
Choose a base for two early starts
The eastern centre around Sintrivani shortens repeated journeys to Vellidis. A central waterfront or Ladadika base can suit a city break but adds travel before the morning sessions. Check your exact walking or transit route.
The organiser says there is no free parking inside HELEXPO. Drivers should verify paid parking and avoid assuming a hotel booking includes a space. Plan the return from the after-party separately.
