Listed dates and official channels
The city tourism organisation listed the festival for 8–11 October 2026, 16:00 to 00:00, at Pavilion 16 of the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre, with general admission of a few euros and tickets sold online. The organiser published updates on its own social channels rather than a standalone website.
The 2026 festival has ended. The dates, hours and entry terms above are an archived listing for that edition, not confirmation of a future one; Salonica will refresh this guide only when an official listing for the next edition is published.
Choose a base for four festival evenings
The fairgrounds sit on Egnatia at the eastern edge of the centre, next to Sintrivani and Panepistimio metro stations. Sintrivani and the eastern centre give the shortest late-evening return; Agias Sofias balances festival access with central food streets; Aristotelous and the waterfront suit a trip where the festival is one evening among several.
Ladadika works if late dinners matter more than a short walk, but ask about street noise before booking. Ano Poli adds an uphill return after midnight, which is rarely worth it for a festival week.
Arrival, parking and the walk back
Use the airport guide for your arrival and check the current service to your address. Private vehicles cannot enter the exhibition grounds without a permit; the fair organiser points visitors to the municipal parking near the town hall and the YMCA, and availability is not guaranteed.
Sessions end at midnight. Check the last metro and bus services from Sintrivani before relying on them, or plan a walk that suits the group. A base within twenty minutes on foot keeps the evening simple.
Meals, companions and booking order
Eat before or after the session near where the evening ends; the festival food offer is not confirmed here. Companions who skip a session can use the local food or family guides and meet you afterwards.
